Operations & Marketing Coordinator

True Consulting is a growing recruitment consultancy specialising in Interior Design and HVAC recruitment across the UK, US and Europe. We’re looking for someone to become a key part of the operation behind the scenes, working closely with the Directors and wider team. This is more than a traditional admin role. You’ll take ownership across operations, onboarding, training, people support, marketing and business administration, helping us stay organised and improve how we work as the company grows.
