A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee maintenance, response works and high-volume small projects across a Defence estate in Warwickshire. This is an on-site role covering three locations, combining contractor management, technical compliance and project delivery with responsibility for ensuring works are completed safely, compliantly and on time.
