The Role We’re recruiting an electrically biased Maintenance Supervisor for a leading manufacturing business in Chesterfield. You’ll oversee all maintenance activity across the site — ensuring machinery, equipment and facilities run safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide the maintenance team, manage preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and drive continuous improvement across plant reliability.
