About this role
We are seeking an experienced BREEAM Coordinator to support the delivery of sustainable construction projects and ensure compliance with BREEAM assessment requirements. Key responsibilities: Coordinate BREEAM requirements throughout the design and construction phases. Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors and BREEAM Assessors. Monitor project performance against BREEAM targets and provide guidance on compliance. Coordinate and maintain BREEAM evidence, documentation and submissions.
