About this role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV professional to take on a dedicated training and assessment role within a busy, safety-focused transport operation. You will be responsible for ensuring new and existing HGV drivers meet the required standards of driving competence, safety, legal compliance, vehicle operation and professional conduct. The role will involve practical assessments, driver inductions, classroom and vehicle-based training, refresher coaching, accompanied driving assessments and post-incident reviews.
