In-Custody Careers Adviser

We're hiring for a Careers Information, Advice and Guidance Adviser. The role will require you to manage a caseload of participants in custody, providing careers information, advice and guidance to support their resettlement journey. You'll help individuals overcome barriers, develop new skills, achieve agreed milestones and progress towards sustainable employment. Delivering tailored support forms a key part of the role, including assessments, one-to-one guidance, training, education opportunities, pre-release planning and employment support.
