About this role

I am currently recruiting for an interim Asset Strategy Manager for a housing association in the West Midlands. This is a contract role for three months, 2 days based in the office 3 days home working. The duties will include. Developing asset strategy for 5-, 10-and 30-year investment programmes. Knowledge of planned investment. Decent homes 2 and lifecycle maintenance. Experience with Microsoft Excel, asset software ideally Total Mobile. Working in partnership with wider asset teams, housing, finance and procurement.
