About the Role We are looking for compassionate, resilient and dedicated Residential Childcare Support Workers to support children and young people aged 8–18 across our residential services. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care within a safe, nurturing and supportive environment. The services support young people with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism/ASD and complex support needs.
