Position: Rolling Stock Doors Team Leader Employment Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week Salary: £36,000 to £46,000 depending on experience Summary: The Rolling Stock Doors Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of door technicians (circa 15) to ensure all train door systems are maintained, repaired, overhauled and verified to the highest standards. This role ensures that every vehicle’s door systems are fully operational, compliant, and safe before being released back to the customer.
