About this role
Are you passionate about supporting children who have experienced trauma and helping them feel safe, secure and valued? We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting children aged 7–10 across three specialist, trauma-informed residential homes in Fontwell and Littlehampton. The children supported have experienced challenging and traumatic backgrounds, so this role is about much more than simply providing care.
