Shift Manager - Warehouse

Job Purpose The Shift Manager is responsible for leading and managing all warehouse operations during the late shift, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, productivity targets are achieved, and all activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Managing a team of approximately 40–60 warehouse associates, the role oversees all warehouse functions including Goods In, Putaway, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Dispatch, Stock Control, and Returns.
