About this role
Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Pre-Construction Manager to join the Central construction segment. This role will be based at the Solihull office and covering all the Central region. BAM Operate a flexible working policy. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, you will lead and manage the preconstruction process for a range of construction projects across the region, predominantly within the education sector. The role involves managing the process from tender stage to main contract award.
