About this role

I am currently working with one of my Local authority clients (home counties) who are currently on the market for some interim support in the shape of a commercial property Lawyer to come and join their team. Requirements of the position: At least 5 years PQE and previous experience working in a local authority setting. Ability to run with a mixed caseload consisting of commercial matters inclusive of; sales, purchases, new and renewed leases, licenses and title reports.
