About this role
Our client is a developer / contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. The need now exists for a Senior Estimator to join the team out of their head office in East London. The position will report into the Commercial Director. Objectives: To provide the Directors with an accurate and reasoned estimate of cost for each construction project. To ensure good relationships with our Clients, their Consultants, our Consultants, Sub-contractors and suppliers.
