Roofing Contracts manager

Duties will include. Overseeing tenders. Overseeing Contracts Managers & Operation Co-ordinators The Contracts managers will run the day to day works with the roofers, and liaise with Ops coordinators for orders etc.. Planning labour and materials with contracts managers and ensuring that all sites are adequately resourced. Securing material prices through merchants. Managing stock. Attending pre-start meetings. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, and main contractors, attending meetings and providing project updates.
