About this role
Our clients, based close to Fareham, have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Engineer to join their growing team. Duties & Responsibilities: • Record and categorise non-conformities. Find root cause and implement effective corrective action. • Carry out regular toolbox talks to advise technicians of quality issues and agreed corrective actions. • Where customer needs are missed, record and investigate root causes with the relevant stakeholders • Customer complaints and non-conformance administration.
