Main Purpose of the Job: Lead multiple workfronts of ground engineering works, achieving safety, quality, contract performance and programme outcomes; drive commercial value and NEC4 compliance; mentor engineers and manage stakeholders. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Technical & Site Ops: Lead resource allocation for ground engineering works; resolve technical issues; drive close-out of non-conformities; assure ITPs/RAMS/permit compliance.
