Production Manager

We are recruiting for a Production Manager to join our London-based manufacturing client in a key role focused on keeping everything on track and meeting lead times. You will report to the Head of Production and work a 4-day rotating shift pattern (days and nights). As a Production Manager, you will be part of the industrial production team, leading and supporting up to 50 production staff per shift. You’ll play a big part in driving performance and making sure all safety and quality standards are consistently followed.
