6-month contract - Part Time (24 hours per week) We are currently seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to join a Local Authority team in Surrey on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension depending on service needs. Key Responsibilities: Investigating Private Sector Housing complaints and service requests. Carrying out property inspections and completing HHSRS assessments. Identifying Category 1 and Category 2 hazards and determining appropriate action.
