Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst

We’re seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle HR platform within a complex shared-services environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional Oracle HCM experience who enjoys working across live system support, continuous improvement, and change delivery. You’ll act as a functional SME, working closely with HR stakeholders, delivery partners, and third-party suppliers to ensure Oracle Fusion HCM is stable, effective, and evolving in line with business needs.
