About this role
Summary Overall responsibility for leading and managing the joinery operations within the workshop, ensuring that all manufactured joinery is produced safely, to the required quality and in accordance with agreed programmes and budgets. The Joinery Manager controls the day-to-day activities of the bench joinery team, coordinates with CNC/machining Supervisor and takes a proactive role in problem solving and continuous improvement across the workshop.
