YP Resilience Worker

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Young Person Practitioners for a Young Person Resilience Worker post in Bromley. This role sits within a multi-disciplinary team providing a holistic, person-centred service to young people. You’ll use a strengths-based approach to help them overcome challenges related to substance use and other life factors, empowering them to lead safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities: Engage and support young people through 1:1 and group interventions.
