Customer Relations Manager

RCH are looking for a Customer Relations Manager to work at Woodlands Care Centre, based in Central Cambridge Responsible for ensuring occupancy targets and AWF targets are met by delivering a comprehensive Sales and Marketing plan which contains a blend of managing the care seeker journey to increase occupancy, generating good news stories to support the homes visibility and also managing the social media platform to engage with families and care seekers.
