About this role
My client is looking for additional site managers for various jobs on residential sites & HMOs across Gateshead, South Shields & Darlington these will be ongoing roles with the veiw to be taken on long term if both parties agree you will be resposible for: • Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workforce. • Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
