Sales And Customer Service Assistant

Red Recruitment Group urgently require a number of experienced Sales and Customer Service assistants for temporary to permanent opportunities in Tyseley, Birmingham. Your main duties will be to speak to customers both inbound and outbound to offer a positive customer service experience at all times. Dealing with mainly inbound calls at approximately 50 per working day. Working closely with the warehouse staff ensuring stock is accurate and duties are carried out.
