Health and Safety Training Manager job in London

Job Description: Health and Safety Training Manager required to join a multi-national Hard/Technical Facilities company, providing broad ranging health and safety support to hard FM contracts. Clients include large Blue-Chip companies, energy companies, universities, commercial and corporate firms, the NHS, utilities providers, major retailers and more.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Experience in all elements of Health and Safety Training.

* Develop and deliver Training Plans for each of the Business Units and Business Sectors.

* Identify new areas of Training that can be rolled out into the Business to improve service delivery and Business Units Teams Competency Levels.

* Support the QSHE Managers as directed by the QSHE Director.

* Managing and providing expertise and advice with regard to compliance with health and safety legislation/ best practice.

* Assist with inspections and audits of Contracts to ensure adherence to legislation and Company policy and objectives.

* Manage a forward action plan from previous inspections and audits completed.

* Support with Implementation of ISO Accreditations.

* Lead on QSHE Training related continuous improvement activates for the Business Units & Business Sectors.

* Typically 4 days per week travelling and delivering training with 1 day office or home based.


Facilities Management M&E experience is essential for this position. Understanding of Training requirements for an M&E Business. An understanding of Quality Management Systems.Lead Auditor Qualification. Strong leadership and relationship skills


NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum. PTTLS or KTTLS Level 3 or above Training Qualification
