  • Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Food and Beverage Service
  • Level 3 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service Supervision

You could take the Level 2 Award for Personal License Holders if you were going to run a pub, and the Wine and Spirit Educational Trust (WSET) also offer courses in wine, spirits and other alcoholic beverages.
